Associate Professor Edward D. Dunson Appointed to the U.S. Commission of Fine Arts

Edward D. Dunson, AIA

Associate Professor Edward D. Dunson, AIA, has been appointed to the U.S. Commission of Fine Arts by President Obama. He will be the fifth African-American and the second Howard University architect to serve on the Commission. The others in their order of appointment are John Chase, FAIA; Jeanine Smith Clark; Harry G. Robinson III, FAIA; and Phil Freelon, FAIA. Robinson served as chairman of the Commission. His term will be four years.
